Setup

Connect in two minutes

Pick your assistant. Each one signs in to TrueROAS once and remembers the store you choose.

Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop)

Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
Name it TrueROAS and paste the server URL above.
Click Connect and sign in to TrueROAS. Choose the store and allow access.

Custom connectors need a paid Claude plan.

ChatGPT

Turn on Developer mode in Settings (paid ChatGPT plan).
Add a new connector with the server URL above and OAuth sign-in.
Sign in to TrueROAS when ChatGPT asks, then pick the connector in a chat.

Claude Code

Add the server, then run /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate to sign in.

Cursor

Create a personal access token in TrueROAS under Settings, Integrations.
Add the server to ~/.cursor/mcp.json with the token, then restart Cursor.

Seven things it can do with your store

Ad and sales numbers

Spend, sales, ROAS and new-customer sales per channel, campaign and day, for any date range. Compare periods and find outliers.

Ads checked against real orders

Each ad's platform-reported sales next to the store orders TrueROAS matched to it, so you see which numbers hold up.

Tracking checks

Checks the real setup (UTM tags, Google auto-tagging, conversion actions, Meta URL tags) before anything is called a tracking problem.

Creative

Reads Meta ad videos and media to explain what the hook does and how each creative sells.

Memory

Reads and saves notes about your business, so later answers fit your store.

Agents

Lists your TrueROAS agents, runs one and reads what it found.

Ad changes, only with your yes

Proposes changes on Meta and Google, such as budgets or pausing an ad. Off until you turn it on, nothing runs until you approve the plan, new objects start paused, deletes are refused, and every change is logged and can be undone.

Sign-in and privacy

You decide what it can see

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, the standard sign-in for MCP. Developer tools such as Cursor use a personal access token instead. Revoke either one in TrueROAS under Settings, Integrations.

TrueROAS only receives the tool calls your assistant makes and never reads your chat history with it. Each tool call is logged (tool, a short preview of its inputs, success, duration) and deleted after 90 days. Details are in the privacy policy.

MCP questions

Which TrueROAS plans include MCP?

MCP is included on the Pro and Premium plans. You can try it during the 14-day free trial.

Can my AI assistant change my ads?

Only if you turn ad changes on, and only on Meta and Google. The assistant first shows you a plan, and nothing runs until you say yes in the chat. New ads and campaigns start paused, deletes are refused, and every change is logged and can be undone.

Does TrueROAS see my conversations with Claude or ChatGPT?

No. TrueROAS only receives the tool calls your assistant makes, such as a request for last week's numbers. It never reads your chat history with the assistant.

What does TrueROAS log about MCP use?

One record per tool call: which tool, a short preview of its inputs, whether it worked and how long it took. Records are deleted after 90 days.

How do I disconnect?

Remove the connector in your assistant, or revoke its access in TrueROAS under Settings, Integrations. A revoked connection stops working on its next request.
