These are the companies TrueROAS uses to provide the service. Each one is bound by a written data protection contract. How we use them is set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Running TrueROAS
These services store or process your store's visitor and customer data.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are in section 8 of the Data Processing Agreement.
Platforms you connect
Ad platforms, store platforms and marketing tools you connect (such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, WooCommerce, Shopify or Klaviyo) are not our subprocessors. They receive or send data because you told us to, under your own agreement with them.
Changes to this list
We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing your store's data. Email rasmus@trueroas.com to get these updates by email.
